The casino resort I did stay at didn't have daily maid service or an open buffet for this reason. There is lack of staff everywhere in the country due to businesses having a hard time finding employees to hire. I get some of the reviews here but people need to remember we are still in a pandemic whether people want to believe and accept it or not. We did not stay here but we do come to Tunica every year or two to go to the casinos.
